There are two ways to check Kotak 811 bank statement one is free and another one is paid. The Digital bank statement is a free one and the physical bank statement is a paid one. For each request of physical bank statement, Kotak 811 bank charges Rs 100.

I will discuss both of these methods in this blog post.

Using Kotak Website

To get bank statement using Kotak account statement page, follow these steps.

  1. Visit this Kotak page.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number in this blank.
  3. Then next another 2 blanks will appear. There is a choice between both the blank. You can either enter date of birth or you can enter your Kotak 811 crn number.
  4. Click the get OTP button. Then, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. You will need to enter the OTP result 25 seconds otherwise you have to do the whole process once again.
  5. Enter your OTP and confirm.
  6. A card will appear in which your name will be displayed. Now, you have to click the card.
  7. A new page will be displayed in which two option will be given to you. The first option will be "Send e-Statement on Email" and the second option will be "Last 5 Transactions / Mini Statement"
  8. If you want to check only the last 5 transactions you go for the second option. But if you want bank statement for a specific period of time you have to select the first option. According to the needed time period, you can selectively choose the dates.
  9. After submitting the date range. An Email will be sent to your registered email ID. This email will contain an attachment of the bank transaction details between the dates which you selected.

Follow these Steps to order Physical or digital bank statement via Netbanking.

  1. Login to Net Banking.
  2. Click on Banking tab from the menu bar.
  3. Select Service Request from the top left corner.
  4. Now select New Service Request.
  5. From the “Select Savings and Current Account” option, select “Account Statement”.
  6. Now you can order a physical or digital bank statement for a desired period of time.

Using Kotak 811 & mobile banking app

To get bank statement using the mobile method you’ll need to follow these steps.

  1. Open Your Kotak 811 App.
  2. Complete the login process (If asked to log in).
  3. In the middle of My Kotak page, you will see a bank section.
  4. Click on Account Statement (Login If asked to log in).
  5. It will take you to the Account Statement page.
  6. Now You can Choose the Date Range.
  7. As two options are displayed: Send via Email (Free) or Post (Paid). Choose any one of the desired options.
